Project Manager - About the role

This role is primarily responsible for managing complex internal projects, alongside account management. Working with prospective or existing and their global supply networks, you will provide excellent stakeholder engagement and develop multilayer relationships.

Project Manager - Key Duties

Take ownership of projects using appropriate software to track and regularly report to the Director and to clients.

Maintain the highest level of customer service when representing the organisation to stakeholders and ensure that all CSR Programmes’ policies and messaging has consistent technical content.

Oversee the implementation of projects, taking responsibility for systems and processes to ensure deadlines are met.

Provide support to colleagues within the department to help ensure consistently high standards of operation within the department.

Work collaboratively with other departments and with global partners, to further support the wider organisation and to further develop sustainable business programmes.

Ensure high quality and accurate records for all companies are maintained and communicated, in compliance with all relevant legislation.

Project Manager - Key requirements

Educated to degree standard or qualified by relevant experience.

Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work independently.

Ability to process and interpret complex information.

Structured and analytical, and comfortable working with complex data sets (predominantly via excel).

Strong project management skills and experience.

Demonstrable experience of managing data using software (ideally to include SalesForce and/or FormAssembly) and associated reporting systems.

Strong commitment to team working, and an ability to work well with colleagues in different disciplines across the whole organisation.

First class written and verbal presentations skills, able to effectively present the message to companies and partner organisations at the highest levels.

Strong and proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Experience of managing complex technical projects with multiple priorities and timelines and of assimilating complex technical information in a busy environment.

Experience of successful networking with clients, partners, and third-party stakeholders

Understanding and interest in the ethical consumer marketplace.

Experience of working with supply chains and networks, ideally related to consumer-packaged goods.
