PA / Office Administrator - Italian / English speaking essential
My client are a boutique financial service provider that offers tailored corporate, fiduciary and administrative services worldwide and are looking to add to their growing team.
The candidate will be assisting one of the Partners as a PA. In particular, he/she will be involved in the following activities for the Partner:
- organising meetings and conference calls;
- booking national and international flights, restaurants and hotels;
- filing expenses invoices/receipts and preparing expenses claims.
The candidate will be also involved in the following Administration activities:
- managing incoming and outgoing phone calls;
- greeting clients;
- preparing and serving refreshments during meetings;
- dealing with couriers to arrange mail service;
- organising and ordering office stationery;
- copying, scanning and filing documents.
The candidate may be required to assist the members of the team with the following additional administration activities:
- preparing and filing invoices,
- bank transfers,
- updates of excel spreadsheets,
- filing and general admin;
- others ad hoc activities requested by a manager.
