MI Reporting Analyst - About the role

The MI Reporting Analyst will design and facilitate Data Analytics, Date Interpretation and Data Visualization for the Division as well as facilitating full integration of key MI data points into SAS including BI Risk capture in order to deliver accurate and timely MI for business performance monitoring and customer reporting.

This is an exciting time to be joining the team, which is currently designing and rolling out its MI Suite.

MI Reporting Analyst - Key duties

Requiring both creative and collaborative working with IT and the wider business. It will involve evangelising effective data management practices and promoting better understanding of data and analytics. Working with the MI Business Partner, key business stakeholders, IT experts and subject-matter experts to plan and deliver optimal analytics and data science solutions.

Drive Automation through effective metadata management: responsible for using innovative and modern tools, techniques and architectures to partially or completely automate the most-common, repeatable and tedious data preparation and integration tasks.

Data Modelling / Design: Being a key resource to develop and maintain the enterprise data models. Be curious and knowledgeable about new data initiatives and how to address them. This includes applying their data and/or domain understanding in addressing new data requirements from business areas.

Collaborate across departments: Strong collaboration skills in order to work with varied stakeholders within the Group. Work closely with the divisional data analysts to fulfil the business MI objectives.
