Marketing Manager - Insurance Sector - Key duties
Supported by the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, you’ll be:
Driving the reputation of and consideration for key products amongst in the market
Owning the brand proposition and overseeing the implementation of the value proposition, positioning and messaging for products
Developing the company’s marketing strategy
Running digitally led, integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content development
Building, developing, and manging the lifecycle of the external marketing plan and communication schedule
Using the full marketing mix to create stand-out, engaging content through email, events, partner marketing, influencer marketing, organic and paid digital advertising, lead-gen campaigns, social media, PR, and blogs
Supporting Underwriting and Claims teams in the development of assets
Marketing Manager - Insurance Sector - Key requirements
Excellent digital marketing experience
Experience of building and executing marketing automation strategies
Meticulous planning and organisational skills
An entrepreneurial attitude, are proactive and autonomous
Demonstrable experience of delivering stand-out integrated marketing campaigns
Developed multi-channel marketing capabilities and appreciate how they work in tandem
An understanding of how to develop differentiated value propositions, position, and messaging in a crowded market
