Management Accounts Assistant - Key duties

Reconciliation of Bank account and card payments

Processing company expenses (Sage)

Reconciliation of monthly premium BDX

Raising payments and refunds ready for authorisation

Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts

Management Accounts Assistant - Key requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience within a finance department

Minimum 1 years’ study towards accountancy qualification

Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow statements

Basic knowledge of OpenGI system

Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge

Strong arithmetic skills

Knowledge of banking procedures

Good time management

Good with problem solving
