IT Risk and Infrastructure Support Manager – About the role
To maintain the ISO 270001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). Proactively maintain the IT infrastructure (example capacity management, performance monitoring, laptop configurations, Active Directory etc).
IT Risk and Infrastructure Support Manager – Key duties
Maintaining the ISMS – the company have adopted the ISO 270001 framework.
Keeping the ISMS up to date and proactively managing the risks.
Regularly producing reports for the CIO on the risk profile.
Working with the Risk department to log and perform root cause analysis (RCA) on any incidents.
Keeping all policy and procedure documentation up to date that relates to IT operations.
Monitor the O365 major change notes and assess the risk to IT operations.
Proactive Infrastructure Monitoring
Local and Server inventory management
Liaison with risk managers on Events log and following up on outstanding internal audit and risk audit actions
IT Risk and Infrastructure Support Manager – Key requirements
Experience of working in an IT Support / Manager role.
Knowledge and experience of ISO270001
Previous experience and knowledge of maintaining local and server infrastructure.
Customer focused and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work with people at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach.
Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365.
