Job Title - Motor Claims Capture Agent / Third Party Capture Agent

Job Location - Solihull / Birmingham

Contract Type - Permanent 


Our client are looking to recruit a Third Party Capture Agent to join their team in Solihull. Good overall motor claims experience and a background in administration and customer services roles would be advantageous.

This is a permanent role and consists of a 40 hours per week contract. The shift pattern will rotate to cover between 08:00 and 19:00 Monday to Fridays, and Saturdays 09:00 to 15:00 on a rota basis with a 30 minute lunch break. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Communicating with parties involved in car accidents and gathering information for the purposes of processing and assessing the claim.
  • Providing vehicle replacement and repair solutions to customers that have been involved in a motor incident on behalf of several high profile insurers
  • Keep quality records of the history and up to date position of claims awaiting hire decisions or hire arrangements.
  • Provide advice to client regarding the claim and any additional services offered by the business. 

Skills & Experience: 

  • Previous experience in a busy administration and customer services role is desired
  • Proactive in solving problems and organising own workload.
  • A quick learner with a natural ability to understand processes and technical information.
  • A background in an insurance or credit hire business
  • A good overall ability with technology including Microsoft office packages.
  • A good standard of education
