Broker Development Support Executive - about the role
Do you have knowledge and experience working in the UK insurance market in an Account Handler / Broker Support / Client support capacity?
If so you will be interested in a new role supporting my client’s business development activities by providing support to Regional Development Managers or Strategic Account Managers in the Specialty Insurance Sector.
This is a highly collaborative role, working with colleagues across the business as well as in close cooperation with the Insurance Sales and Marketing teams.
This role is predominantly remote, using technology to connect with insurance brokers and team members, with some infrequent UK travel .
Broker Development Support Executive - Key duties & requirements
Supporting Regional Insurance Development Managers or Strategic Account Managers with inbound insurance broker queries by liaising with internal stakeholders and working through to resolution
Supporting events via outbound communications to maximise event attendance and event follow up with event attendees to explore opportunities and generate leads for follow up via Regional Development Managers or Strategic Account Managers
Providing support in significant insurance broker meetings; collation of reports, data and completion of actions logs
Managing and driving profitable growth with a panel of identified insurance brokers who have the potential to significantly increase GWP placed
Driving migration of insurance brokers to electronic trading, and support digital migration across the broker panels where required
