Broker Assistant - About the role
Provide support to the Construction broking team and ensure all requests are dealt with efficiently and to a high standard.
Broker Assistant - Key duties
Producing Slips and Endorsements
Submission of quotes to Agents and handling queries
Communicating with Agents & Underwriters to ensure a high standard of service is maintained
Answering internal and external queries (Coverholders, Clients, Underwriters & Management)
Handle general administration duties.
Undertake any other responsibilities which may become necessary for the proper performance of the role.
Broker Assistant - Key requirements
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal.
Good organisational skills
Excellent relationship building skills
High attention to detail and level of accuracy
Good team player
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, eg. Outlook, Excel, Word.
